    An Internet connection is required to download the study materials from our web site.     You can change your password after logging in to your account on our web site. On most parts of our site, a login box appears on the right-hand side of the screen.

  3. questionWhere can I dowload my Viewer license if I can't find the original email with my license?
    You can download your license quickly and easily by logging in to our account on our web site. An orange login box appears on the right-hand side of most pages on our site.

  4. questionCan I print the download materials?
    Yes! There are no restrictions on printing.Please be aware that you are not permitted to share or sell your printouts and doing so is a violation of copyright law.

  5. questionOn how many computers can I install the Viewer and ExamSuccess software?
    Be default, you are allowed to install the Viewer and ExamSuccess each on two different computers. If you need additional installations we will be happy to provide them in almost all cases. Please email support@hockinternational.com with your request and a brief explanation.

  6. questionWhat is the difference between the Letter and A4 materials?
    Most of our materials are offered in both Letter (US and Canada) and A4 (rest of the world) paper sizes. For best printing results, you should use the file that matches your country's paper size.

  7. questionHow do I get a registration code for ExamSuccess?
    In order to use ExamSuccess, you must obtain a Registration Code that is unique to your computer.   8. questionHow do I update ExamSuccess?
    ExamSuccess can be updated by simply downloading and installing the latest version from our web site. Your saved sessions and session history will be left intact.

  9. questionHow do I update the Viewer?
    The Viewer can be updated by going to Help->Check for Updates when you have the Viewer open.

  10. questionIs the HOCK DLP compatible with Windows 7?
    Yes, all of the elements of our program are compatible with Windows 7.

  11. questionAre updates free?
    Yes! Updates to all elements of the HOCK DLP are provided free of charge after your initial purchase. Of course, updates are only available for parts of the program that you have purhased.

  12. questionIs the HOCK DLP compatible with Mac OS X?
    Yes! All of the elements of our Distance Learning Program work on Mac OS X 10.4.11 or higher.

  13. questionHow do I solve the Viewer error "Invalid document version. Supprted version by viewer is 6, document version is 8" when opening a document?
    This message appears if you are opening a recent file with an older version of the Viewer. You can download the latest version of the Viewer from our Viewer page.

  14. questionHow do I solve the Viewer error "No more licenses are available for you, please contact your publisher." when registering my license?

    You need to register your Viewer license before you can view our materials.See the Related Questions area below for instructions for downloading your license from our web site.

  16. questionWhen I install ExamSuccess, I get an error "The setup files are corrupted, please obtain a new copy of the program." What should I do?
    The typical cause of this problem is that the file does not completely download. Please try downloading the ExamSuccess setup again, and verify that it is around 7 MB in size.   17. questionDo I have to register the Viewer for each exam part that I want to study?
    No, you only need to register your Viewer once on each computer that you want to use to view the materials.

  18. questionIs the HOCK DLP compatible with the Linux operating system?
    Unfortunately, at this time, we do not support the Linux platform. We support Windows and Mac OS X.

  19. questionCan I install the HOCK software on a USB drive and use it anywhere?
    You can install ExamSuccess on a USB drive, but you still have to register it on each computer that you use to run it. This involves getting a Registration Code from our web site.   20. questionDo you sell your materials on CD?
    No, we do not distribute CDs with our material, because the latest editions of all of our materials are instantly downloadable anywhere in the world from our web site. You are welcome to burn a CD with the materials you have downloaded if you would like to have a backup.
